Z SESSIONS

Z SESSION Covers:

• How to approach turns.​

• General rules and etiquette and what are expected of drivers.

• How to use this amazing facility.

• How to share the racetrack.

• How to marshal.

• Safety on the track.

• We provide driver education throughout boot camp with a 1:4 instructor to racer ratio Ask questions and get solid advice from the experts.

YOU WILL NEED:

• The class is $25 for practice/track fee.

• You’ll need to bring your RC car, basic tools, batteries and a charger. We offer RC truck rentals if you don’t have your own.

• Wear closed toed shoes. For your safety, flip flops are not allowed.

• We encourage you to show up early, set up your pit spot and get your batteries charged. There will be staff and fellow racers to help out. The track is open to all levels of drivers, and its a good idea to get a few laps in before Rookie Boot Camp starts.

Z SESSION:

• Maximum Racers per slot is 4

• Practice race starts: cars will be lined up on the straightaway. You’ll get to race a few laps before resetting and practicing again.

• We have an option for a transponder to be mounted to your RC car. The transponder will monitor the number of completed laps and time. Sometimes an optimal racing line will be painted on the track, as an easy guide. Other times, there will be one or more  “pace cars” that will show you around.
